Kathryn Maltby

Kathryn has been with Ryan Property Law since 2011 and became a partner in 2017. Kathryn’s friendly and down-to-earth approach is admired by her clients and results in her receiving a significant amount of repeat business and recommendations.
Claire Leckenby
Partner
Claire joined Ryan Property Law in 2017 and has quickly developed a following from clients who respect her responsive, caring and pragmatic approach. Claire deals with residential property transactions and has a particular specialism in newbuild and leasehold properties.
Rebecca Laurie
Conveyancer
Rebecca joined Ryan Property Law 2013 and has worked her way from an administrative position into an adept junior lawyer, with significant technical ability. Rebecca specialises in residential sales, acting on right-to-buy purchases from local authorities and in lease extension transactions. Rebecca's role includes helping to develop and refine the firm’s processes and procedures to ensure that clients receive clear-to-understand and comprehensive information at every stage of the transaction.
Emily Bolton
Conveyancer
Emily started her legal career with Ryan Property Law in 2016 as an apprentice and is currently working towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive. Emily specialises in residential conveyancing transactions and provides support to Lynda.
